This Privacy Policy explains how Cassandra & Gullo PLLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.cassandragullo.com (the “Site”).
Contacting a law firm
Sending us a message through the Site, by email or by phone does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship begins only after we have checked for conflicts of interest and we have both signed an engagement agreement. Until then, please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information about your matter through the website forms or by ordinary email. A short description of the type of matter and the best way to reach you is enough for us to call you back.
Information we collect
- Free consultation and contact forms on our Home and Contact Us pages: your name, email address, phone number and the message you write. Submissions are emailed to our office and kept in the website database so we can reply.
- Quick contact form on our Home page: your name, email address, phone number and message, emailed to our office.
- If you email or call us directly, we receive the details you choose to share.
- Technical data sent automatically by your browser, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and the referring page. This is collected by our hosting, security and analytics services.
How we use information
- To answer your enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
- To operate, secure and improve the Site and understand how it is used.
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
- Website hosting and content delivery/security (Cloudflare).
- Email delivery for messages sent from the Site (our outgoing mail service).
- Google Analytics 4 (G-TJB3MDT16J), which uses cookies to measure visits in aggregate. See how Google uses data.
- Google reCAPTCHA, which protects our forms from spam and is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms.
- Google Maps, which shows our office location on several pages. Google receives your IP address when the map loads.
- Google Fonts, which provides some of the fonts used on the Site. Your browser requests them from Google.
These providers process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
